Shipping, Fulfillment & Tracking / When I will get my Items?

Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-3 days after order placement.

US Fulfillment house shipping time: 4-7 business days

 
How do I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be made available upon request 2-3 days after your order has been placed. If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us through our Contact Us Page and we will provide your tracking details. 


How Secure is your store?

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. More than that, all store traffic is securely encrypted with SSL, Checkout the "Lock" symbol on the web address line.

As well for our payments methods which are: PayPal & Shopify Payments(For C. cards).

I ordered more than 1 item, and i have only received one item, why is that?


If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Exchange & Return Policy

Please be advised that customer pays the return shipping fee on exchanges and refunds. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back the item to any way you like as long as it has tracking number to protect our interest.

 
We do offer item exchanges, refunds and order cancellations.
Exchange and Replacement – customer is eligible for exchanges within 30 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. You may reach our email support how we can better assist you.
Please be advised that you need to provide a tracking number for us to be able to process exchange and replacement. 

 Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from support@outdoorgearstar.com

 Refund – customer is eligible for refunds within 30 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. We also want to remind you that we DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEE

 Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from support@outdoorgearstar.com

 Order cancellation – We can cancel order as long as the item has not been shipped. However, we want to let you know that if we cancel an order we will deduct a 15% fee to cover up the processing fee from our merchant.

 Please be advised to return back the item within time frame, we base dates on the tracking number that
